Cancellation Policy/ Refund Policy:-

   100 % of advance payment shall be retained  for any cancellation intimated to the hotel within 72 hrs of check in time.
      50 % of advance payment shall be retained  for any cancellation intimated to the hotel within 48 hrs of check in time.
      25 % of advance payment shall be retained  for any cancellation intimated to the hotel within 24 hrs of check in time.
        0 % of advance payment shall be retained  for any cancellation intimated to the hotel less than 24 hrs.
   

For cancellations intimated before 72 hours, the advance amount shall be redeemable by the guest during any further visit within a period of 1 year from the previous check-in date.
    If a guest checks out before the scheduled check out date , guest shall be liable to pay full lodging charges till the scheduled check out date as part of final bill settlement during checkout irrespective of the reason of the early checkout.A waiver from such charges is at sole discretion of the hotel.

Billing:-

    All bills to be settled by cash/credit card at the time of check out. All major credit cards accepted.
